Füri chefs knives and sharpeners
The brand Mark Henry founded in Australia and built from 1996, took to the USA in 2005 and sold in 2008. Best known for the Füri knives and Diamond Fingers sharpeners he patented and sold worldwide, Füri is now owned by McPherson's Housewares in Australia: http://furiglobal.com/au
Mark Henry has been contracted by McPherson's to help them re-engineer and relaunch Füri knives and sharpeners, teaming up with Australian chef luminary Kylie Kwong as brand ambassador. The relaunch in late 2014 was a resounding success, with retailers and cooks supporting the new Füri so strongly that Füri is once again the biggest-selling premium knife brand in most stores.

Mark Henry moved to France in 2012 to partner with luxury chef products manufacturer de Buyer of France, to build a new division for de Buyer chef's knives and sharpeners: the first in the company's history since 1830.
